Neo Machina in second life is my own recreation of an older city that lasted for quite a while between the years of 2012-2018, and was seemingly shutdown forever. i had taken a break from second life, and came back a few years later to find that this city was gone. so ... like you do, i took it upon myself to recreate it in my own dystopian cyberpunk vision.
