I have no problem going to work and doing that over and over, but when it comes to going places other than work, I have extreme anxiety, agoraphobia. And for a while a couple years ago I was getting better, but then it regressed again. And I've been trying to figure out, why??? And then I remember, I recall, that lately, over the past couple years, I've been having instances where I remember that one night in like 2017 or 2018, at the gas station, when a man ran toward my car, I slammed the door, hit the gas. I think almost being abducted/assaulted harmed me maybe 🤔
