I wish I could get rid of this looming depression that's just been hanging in the background of my brain ever since I turned 40. Thing is though, I come home from work and I'm feeling great as long as I'm working on one of my projects, or doing something cool. But then I go to work and I start having thoughts I shouldn't have about myself
