For reference, a trans med, or a truscum is someone whose entire personality is “you’re not trans unless you have had vagina surgery”

I mean that’s a really simplified version but it’s mainly just evil people gatekeeping the concept of being trans to fit only within those who specifically seek medical transition, and most of the time also via other gatekeepers thru years of therapy
