Trying to kick vaping, partially because many juices and disposables are being banned in Pennsylvania, but the hardest part is breaking the mindless chain-vaping. I have nixodine pouches and tea leaf dip, and although spitting can be messy and gross, it stops the mindless chain-vaping

I'm contemplating kicking this as well because of the PA ban and not knowing whether or not I'll still be able to order stuff in...thankfully I'm already on extremely low-nic juice so it won't be as bad, but...I mostly do it to keep my hands busy.
