and every time I ask someone why they're saying "how it looks like" instead of "what it looks like" they respond like we're definitely living in another dimension

I fear that people saying “how it looks like” is going to become a normal acceptable statement to make instead of an extreme grammatical failure, much like “welcome in” has become a thing people say
