Now, imagine going to mass protests and gleefully sharing photos of yourselves like this is baby's first rodeo
Guys
What tf are you doing
I rarely if ever talk about my politics and beliefs anywhere but online spaces where I know people aren't watching. All it took was one of my bosses at work to go, "Well, you're a communist, right?"
And I stopped sharing sensitive information online in most places
Starting my "friday" at work by doomscrolling watching all the activism-illiterate liberals post mass photos of themselves at protests who will probably also post about how confused they are when they're hauled off to a prison somewhere in El Salvador
Laying the smackdown on these broccoli haircut fuckers
I could be way off-base, but if the protest you're at is safe enough for taking photos and selfies to post online, it's probably not much of a protest
Yallst should sign up on my forum and post stuff, I’ll respond later when I’m getting ready for work

Today on my blog, Krafton is so confident that you won't care about generative slop in their games, like #inZoi, that they're proudly displaying their destruction of an entire career field at their company directly on their website.

If it's going to become a trend that a majority of new games end up having some form of sludge as a replacement to hiring people to work for you, then I will simply buy way less games.
Because fuck em, that's why
EA hasn't deployed generative sludge into Sims 4, at least not yet. And while the game isn't perfect, at least they're not selling you sludge, like Krafton.
This is something that's even worse that a random uninspired, creatively dead tech dude posting generative anime to Bluesky
This is a studio, choosing not to pay artists in a game where they absolutely used artists for at least _some_ of the assets.
If you're a Sims enjoyer, and #inZoi is making you curious, there are things you should be aware of. I, obviously, can't stop people from doing what they're going to do, but the developers behind inZoi have used generative AI for game art, and have it embedded in the game as a…

It is pretty strange that until and also after I discovered it, no one was following it
So … if it was an intentional bridge, why wouldn’t they also follow the thing
That bridgy account of my blog posts may have just been someone bridging it to see my blog posts, since they may not know I’m here. But it doesn’t rule out that it may be on very particular stalker which …
I mean my website is public anyway, whatever 🤷♀️
The US is just having a 20 year long gamer moment
I’ve been giving my cat a can of pate food in the mornings and then dry food later (which he doesn’t like very much), but just found out it’s totally okay if I just feed him his pate twice a day 🤔
Who wants to log into my Minecraft server and lure these creepers out of my garden 😂 I’m at work
Today on my blog: Nintendo doesn't want you to remember that you can have mostly the same experiences they offer, and for 100% less than 90 dollars, on a smartphone

Saw someone on the timeline say "if your full legal name isn't on your Bandcamp, you're not serious about your music" and I don't think I can imagine a more "I've never had anything bad happen to me before and I've never been in danger in my entire life" thing to say
heyo who set up @mkultra.monster.web.brid.gy because it wasn't me??? lol WHAT THE HECK
