Listening to podcasts on the way to work, and hearing the forced ads, trying to understand why Amazon is now trying to sell people health insurance???
miss the days in my 20s, if i woke up and decided i didn't like my job anymore, or if it was becoming too draining on my mental health, i would just be like "fuck it, i'm not going anymore" lol
guide on building a website
Earlier today I saw someone talking about how making a website was like this … I guess kind of unreachable standard that most can’t wrap their heads around I didn’t think this was true, but I’ve also been messing with html in my free time since I was 16 years old So maybe I’ll…
Wild that pleroma/akkoma works on feditext and so do all the custom emoji likes and faves
uh oh someone poke Wafrn it looks like it's stuck in a database struggle
and it's like. These were also major, best-selling, ground-breaking games, and it got one game/sequel almost 10 years later that sank to the bottom of the ocean and then nothing else
Mind boggling
You know, I wouldn't consider myself a mega fan of Assassin's Creed or anything. It's kind of this series of games I've played as an after-thought, most of my ... uh, years But, these huge franchises that just go on and on, I look at them, and then I look at Mass Effect 1, and…

CW: videogame violence mention
with a successful migration, and focused shifted to my website, it's time to celebrate
by assassinating romans in Assassin's Creed Odyssey
CW: reference to punching
Sam Altman crying about IP just heightens the chances of him getting punched in the face, and I hope someone records it
and it looks like http://skymoth.app does in fact work with an akkoma instance, so I can continue to subject bluesky users to my fediverse posts, while I tab over there maybe twice a day
interesting that, post-merge, some people seem to have completely different avatars than they did than when I was seeing them on my mastodon instance vs. this akkoma instance
okay, now to test one more thing
