Now that I understand how a PDS works, how to set one up, and what that means irt Bluesky, it’s kind of wild how easy it was?

It kind of feels like Mastodon should be like this too, but without the Bluesky, “we’re funded by a crypto company” vibes

1. It would be neat if there were a list of community run/public relays others are using here on Bluesky, but due to how much a relay would cost to host, I’m assuming there aren’t many

this invalid handle issue on a PDS is a massive pain in the ass lol

I’ve migrated this account to my own, self-hosted PDS, and this is a test post to confirm that it worked (after the egregiously long post import function I have in a shell script lol)
