It really does contrast things a bit, when you look at this person, who, again, I interacted with once or twice almost a year ago, has been on this unhinged rant about me due to statements I made about misandry and transmisandry an equal amount of time ago, for a week (or more? I dunno, I really don’t know how much time strangers spend being mad about me). And nothing has happened to them. No moderation taken against them, no account ban.

And then you look at my experiences, back on hackers dot town where I spent 4 years of my online life posting unhindered, and then I tell a troll to fuck off and eat shit one time and the admin there immediately jumped into action and banned my account. Or how the mastodon dot social moderation team instantly deleted my reply to the aforementioned person’s thread when I (in mostly tame words) told them they were full of shit

I’m just going to fill out this ACM complaint form now, not like the todon.nl admin is suddenly going to decide to do the right thing after a week of completely ignoring me

So, I don’t know if the Dutch ACM is going too help me out and force the Todon admin to stop ignoring my takedown notice, but if you care about your instance’s safety from bad actors/DARVO enjoyers, please consider looking over this thread for people to add to the silence/suspend list on your instance
