I love how quote-post removals were this huge innovative feature that was like "Whoa, amazing!" and then the worst people you know online immediately dodged the feature by just screenshotting everyone they want to harass and dunk on
bluesky's lucky my twitter export was a broken file with nothing in it, would've crashed the website uploading 18,000 tweets from 10 years of activity
Sorry but I just can't get over how most people's issue with Mastodon is that "it's hard to think about other people when I say and do things"
It felt like you cannot just write something like here:
- What server you’re on matters (each one has own rules)
- Adding filters to posts were (sometimes) important (eg if writing about politics or Twitter)
If ya'll don't want fascist/russian propaganda on your timelines at any point, I suggest mass-blocking the Russia Today account that signed up

I’m surprised my little 1 cpu VPS can run like 8 scripts on timed intervals, a proxy server for two more scripts on my website, and a reverse proxy for my site’s guestbook, and not crash 😂
