Back to work, where I have to use automation to turn off WiFi whenever I’m trying to post things on fedi 😂

Have to put together a new resume and I feel like this is my weakest point, cause my job experience is like, “uh, 20 years Walmart, 5 years Walmart management, 20 years messing around with websites, and 3 years toying with python, ruby, flutter, etc on personal projects”

Alright, I’ve been working away at this for a while, along with about 9 other quiet projects I’ve got sketched out in markdown files nobody but me has ever seen lol

I know last year that starter packs were a thing people were implementing, or building upon, and then they kinda vanished. In fact, I don’t even know if Mastodon is still implementing this? If it has been? I just don’t know! Partially because, well, I’m on GoToSocial, and have been on Akkoma before that.

Wonder if it would be useful to build an external discovery ranking system that you could use on GoToSocial so that you could visually see, optionally, what’s trending in your federated network, via GTS

I slept extra, my head hurts, and this will probably be a bad thing for me come 2pm when I have to actually sleep for work

Also who tf is trying to get into my Microsoft account

The account access history doesn’t show anything but me but the authenticator keeps going off, hourly, every single day

I think a lot of people are going to realize far too late, that right wingers being less resistant to using AI/LLMs, which learn from your conversations, is going to be a massive net negative for the rest of the world

I’ve been diving back into the furry community in Second Life and it’s been helping a lot in meeting people to talk to again, but I’ve also been propositioned at least 4 times now and I don’t know how to respond to it anymore

I don’t think I can re-enter that headspace anytime soon
